We are currently recruiting an Accounting Administrator / Order to Cash (M/F) for a client located in the center of Braga.

Job Description


Issue and manage debit and credit notes;
Analyze customer accounts receivable balances;
Maintain direct contact with customers regarding payment follow-ups, refunds, and discrepancy resolution;
Manage collection processes;
Prepare account status statements;
Prepare reports;
Resolve discrepancies and incidents within the Accounts Receivable module;
Support process improvement initiatives and automation within the Order to Cash module.


Requirements


Education and/or professional experience in Accounting or related fields;
1 to 3 years of experience in O2C (Order to Cash) or a similar area;
Experience with SAP (preferred);
Advanced Excel skills (mandatory);
Strong critical thinking, analytical skills, and attention to detail;
Good communication and negotiation skills with customers and internal teams;
Results-oriented mindset with a focus on meeting deadlines and problem-solving;
Immediate availability.

This is a project with an expected duration of 6 months, with the possibility of renewal.

Fixed-term employment contract under an outsourcing model;
Base salary commensurate with demonstrated experience;
